Green Water Treatment Solutions (GWTS) is proud to introduce our Asset Integrity Management (AIM) program, designed to safeguard your physical plant assets through comprehensive and accessible water treatment program management. Our AIM online toolbox centralizes critical information, ensuring it’s readily available in a secure, online account.
Protecting Your Physical Plant Assets Anytime - Anywhere
Our AIM program modernizes your company’s ability to collect, analyze, and access both wet test and controller data through eServiceReport, a leading web-based data logging and analysis software in the water treatment industry. Accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, each user has a personalized account with customized security settings, allowing for data entry, viewing, and analysis of wet test results.
Online Reporting
Users can configure automatic email notifications for out-of-spec test results, including detailed information such as time, date, control range, and comments for each specific test. All reports—including service, operator, lab, or inventory—can be set to be automatically sent in PDF format to designated email addresses.
Inventory Management
Our system simplifies inventory management with tools designed for tracking and viewing historical usage. Users can manually enter water meter and product usage data or retrieve it from controller level sensors. Product usage and water meter readings can be viewed on a daily to annual basis. With data from level sensors, eServiceReport displays current product levels in tanks and calculates the number of days remaining until the reorder point is reached. Users can also access Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and product data sheets in PDF format, and place product orders via an integrated email order request form.
Data Analysis
AIM provides a variety of charting and graphing tools to analyze and interpret data. Users can view up to four items simultaneously on a trend report, including direct comparisons of data from controller, service, and operator reports. The system history report contains color-coded pie charts and can be used to assess the performance history for each piece of equipment tested. Data can also be exported in Excel or CSV format for external use.
Controller Compatibility
Unlike traditional controllers limited to several months of memory, eServiceReport can store controller data for the long term. Many of the industry’s leading controllers can be configured to send data to eServiceReport via the Internet or phone line.
Files and Attachments
It is possible for users to upload and view documents, including PDFs and image files. Photos of equipment inspections, coupons, and other beneficial items may be submitted to the website and incorporated into any report. All common documents, including equipment cleansing or storage procedures, training materials, test instructions, and other water treatment-related literature, can be uploaded and accessed from within the site.
Charts and Graphs
The results of the Sample Report and Operator Log tests may be compared to the controller data logs. Product usage may be assessed on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Graphing and comparing reported test results is a straightforward process. It is possible to observe all test results on a system by conveniently accessing the system overview chart.
By implementing GWTS’s Asset Integrity Management program, you ensure the longevity and efficiency of your plant assets through streamlined information access, proactive monitoring, and comprehensive data analysis.
